I offer thoughtful, evidence-based treatment for a range of mental health concerns. Some of the conditions I treat include: • Depression • Anxiety disorders • Occupational stress • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) • Adult ADHD (Note: I do not prescribe controlled medications) • Insomnia

Due to the limitations of telepsychiatry and my current scope of practice, I do not provide treatment for: • Schizophrenia or other psychotic disorders • Complex Bipolar Disorder • Severe suicidal ideation, self-injury or emergency psychiatric conditions • Substance use disorders • Complex medical conditions with psychiatric symptoms • Eating disorders requiring specialized or in-person care • Disability evaluations upon initial presentation If you're experiencing a crisis, please contact 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
